I have been a customer for years and have recommended this place to friends and family. I have tolerated the owners callous attitude toward his customers only because the service was always satisfactory. Today was the end. The owner takes no accountability for mistakes that are made. Where he should simply apologize and fix the issue or at least attempt to resolve it, he resorts to bullying the customer in to thinking they did something wrong or says they need to see a foot doctor. A doctor was not needed before they stepped in to Bel Air Town Nails. A doctor is not necessary but a different nail place is!

Been going here for years and loved the outcome until recently. Always had an appointment and twice the manicurist was out sick. Told by staff to reschedule as they were busy. Ummm I had an appointment to. First time I accepted and rescheduled but the second time found a new place. My time is just as important and I get people get sick but don’t turn away your loyal customers - I went every two weeks! Not anymore.

I really never write reviews, but I really feel like I have to with this place. This was the worst pedi I have ever gotten. The whole thing lasted 20 minutes (from the minute the tech sat down until she finished painting my toes). She barely cut back my cuticles, and the exfoliating lasted maybe a minute for both feet. The massage was quick and was done as more of a formality than to actually massage. Besides the polish, my feet look no different from when I walked in. I will sadly have to go tomorrow to get another pedi somewhere else before I go on vacation. Don't waste your time or your money.

I don’t normally take the time to write reviews, however with the experience I had I feel it is warranted. My sister and I went for a mani and pedi. We were rushed through. At one point I had to file my sister’s nails because they were crooked after she had asked the tech twice to fix them. The tech doing my nails put nail polish remover in the polish I selected to stretch what was in the bottle. Both my sister’s nails and mine are streaky and have bubbles. I could have saved $80 and done a better job on my own. I was asked to pay before we received service. When asked to fix the issues with our nails we received attitude. This nail salon is connected with a hair salon and they share techs. A lady that was getting a pedi had to wait to have her nails finished because the tech had to go cut hair. Don’t spend your money here!

The person that did my pedicure was very rude and not friendly at all. The water was so hot she had to know that it was uncomfortable. I told her to cool it down and she didn’t like it. The entire time she was doing my toes she was talking to the other worker and kept giving me nasty looks. I DID NOT leave a tip and I’m a big tipper. I told the girl up front that her attitude was hateful. It was so rushed and she did not even do the massage like they claim. Wasted my time and money. I will not be going back!
There are too many other nice nail salons for clients to be treated rude like I was.
