On a spur of a moment decision, I decided to come to this spa because I needed to get my hair cut. I came in and the receptionist was very kind and squeezed me in, since I didn't make an appointment ahead of time. She made the prices clear and in no time, the stylist was there. I was very nervous since I hadn't gone to the same salon twice, and the last time I cut my hair, the lady messed up so bad that I cried for hours. In the end, I LOVED the haircut. The stylist did an amazing job and was so kind. She asked me questions about my hair type, what I wanted, and what she suggested based off of that. Definitely recommend coming here, just make sure you KNOW their prices.

Was not impressed with this spa. There was very little personal attention provided; receptionist needs to learn better customer service. Lots of treatments that are included in other spa packages was an extra added cost to the pedicure. What was supposed to be a $45 pedicure turned out to be $100.00. I don’t mind paying for good service, but this was not good! Also, I was told polish on nails was dry & was basically told to leave. They weren’t dry therefore ended having smudged nails. They weren’t busy either, all the techs were huddled in a corner conversing loudly. Not a good experience for me, so I am rating the salon poorly. Perhaps you may experience better service, but I won’t be going back.

Daughter and I went for massages, facials, manicures, and pedicures. I asked how much over the phone because I upgraded to hot stone massages. Was told by Mary 10, no more than 20 more each. It ended up being $50 more each. Of course I wasn't told this until it was time to pay. When I reminded her of what she said, she admitted to being wrong. I told her she had plenty of time to tell me. I was there for a little over five hours. She did give my daughter and me a gift certificate of $25 off but I would have to spend $85 to use it. Other than that the services were good. Just don't like feeling like I'm being taken advantage of. Will definitely look for another spa in the area. Debating on if it's worth going back to use the coupon for main and pedi.

I asked for a bang trim. She cut them to a few inches. I don’t know if it was failure to listen or intentional. It’s horrible. I’ll never go back

I want to give a huge thank you to Humaira for the beautiful job she did on my cut and color for my reunion! I received so many compliments! Humaira has been cutting, coloring and styling my hair for many years. I've had many people ask me who does my hair and I have recommended her many times. She has also styled my hair for many special occasions. The results are always fabulous! She has been so kind to fit in me if I have something at the last minute (even coming in on her day off!) and has been very understanding when I've been stuck in traffic and have been late a time or two! Most importantly, she listens to what I want and makes sure I'm 100% happy when I walk out the door!!
