Unhappy with how far off the cuticle the nail polish was placed. When I went in to see if they could fix it they were very rude and told me it was my fault. Remind you that it was a 1/4 of an inch off the cuticle after only 15 hours.

Not a quality job done on my acrylic nails not right shape or style I asked for. Would not go back again.

I am beyond dissatisfied with this place. So dissatisfied that I left there today and went right to Ja~Mi nails to get my nails fixed. My nails were all different lengths and some were wider at the tips than others. They looked absolutely horrible. Not to mention the guy who did them wouldn't even listen to me when I was trying to explain stuff to him. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this place. Two thumbs down!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND JA~MI NAILS IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR A PLACE TO GET YOUR NAILS DONE IN THE BRAINERD BAXTER AREA.
