My family could not be more happy with our daughter’s childcare at Primrose of West Lake Hills! The teachers offer tremendous love and support, and their commitment to the children is extraordinary. The staff is transparent given the tough challenges today’s schools are operating under. The teachers remain open, honest, and understanding exploring all options that enable our children to grow and develop despite these challenges. Thank you for always going the extra mile in time, experiences, and extra curricular activities! Our toddler is so much stronger because of what you do for her and our family!

Highly recommend this school! We’ve been here for several years. Staff members are friendly and all of the teachers have been great in developing our child. Very communicative and responsive to our needs. They also do a lot of “extras” that many other schools don’t do, for example, Parents Night Outs, Cookie Fridays, they offer several extracurricular sports/dance/gymnastics classes, etc. They’ve been SUPER responsive and accommodating during covid-offering different options, taking precautions, etc! We’ve felt very comfortable having our child here during this crazy pandemic.

been to the Mueller Primrose can't believe that is the same franchise - management is rude to staff - careless to parent's worries. They need change

We've had our two kids attending the West Lake Hills Primrose location for ~1.5 years and love it. Staff and teachers are all so nice and professional and great with the kids. Early on, we did have some concerns around teacher high turnover, which was proving to be hard on our kids (favorite teachers leaving, not-so-favorite teachers stepping in), but things have really stabilized the past 9-12 months and we're very happy. Fingers crossed that this keeps up. Their handling of the pandemic has been flexible and safe; they've tried their best to accommodate the needs of families while also holding to what they need to stay afloat as a business. Overall we're very happy with our experience here and would recommend it to anyone.

They told me there was availability and suddenly informed me the day of orientation that there wasn't. They did indeed offer me an alternative to attend the sister location, 25 minutes away. It wasn't that I "hoped" for anything. It was that they clearly told me there was availability and rescinded at the last minute.
