I picked this place based on the Yelp reviews, and have had a few appointments now with Ann. I love her!! She is exceptionally awesome. Super friendly. I usually don't give her much direction other than "don't take off too much, but do whatever you think will make me look good." And boy does she!
My hair was stick straight for most of my life, but seems to have gotten curlier as I've gotten older. And I don't really know what to do with it. So I don't do much. I usually air dry my hair, but when I do blow dry, I don't want to spend a lot of time and energy on it.
Ann taught me the proper way to wash my hair for air-drying, and also taught me an easy way to use a round brush to make my hair look super cute. She helps me pick out new product (shampoo, condition, curl control cream) on my way out.
AND she only charges $38. I was fully expecting it to be more the first time I came in. THANK YOU, ANN.
