I’ve been here a few times and It’s okay, but I wouldn’t recommend it if you want your nails to last longer than a week. It looks cleanly in comparison to other salons, which I appreciate, but there is no social distancing
or noteworthy cleaning protocols. The last time I came, they e-filed my nails so thin that my nails were bumpy and breaking off the next day. I did like the shape, though. I waited a while before coming back, but I did due to the convenient location. The most recent time, they were not able to understand the shape I wanted and my nails started to chip and break off the following day.

They do a great job! Was super busy when we went, and waited 30 minutes even with an appointment. But hubby and I loved it!

Vivian is a star and so sweet. Love her. Did a beautiful job. Thank you 🥰❤️ Also want to add one customer seemed very rude but the staff handled it very professionally and cooly. Be kind to your artists!

Full disclosure, this is my 3rd review for Bebe Nails. I posted a review last week, after being unsatisfied with the quality of work I received. I must also add that, for personal reasons, I did not have time to ask for anything to be fixed, or to even tell anyone I wasn’t happy. The manager contacted me very quickly after I posted my complaint, however, and made sure to let me know that they wanted to make things right. He was extremely apologetic, and told me to come in as soon as possible. I was able to go in today, and I am EXTREMELY happy with the outcome. And, other than the 2 worn and haggard women sitting close to the door in the pedicure chairs , it was a great experience! I still haven’t found a salon that doesn’t “double dip”…and after Bebe Nails went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied, I will be a returning client. I will also make sure to speak up at the time of service, should this ever happen again. Although, I seriously don’t see this being a problem in the future.

First time in a nail salon, so I didn't know what to expect. The manicurist was very nice and quick, when we explained we had another appointment in an hour. The nails were nicely shiny and had pretty glitter. Quite pleased.
