I had an appointment at 10 a.m. I was seated at the manicure table, I waited a good 15 minutes and was asked to move back to the waiting area, I watched 4 walk ins be immediately seated to get their pedicures and manicures, while I still WAITED!! After 50 minutes of waiting, I decided that they didn't want my business so, I decided to leave!! I told them what was the sense in making an appointment if walk ins are going to come before me! I was told that there was only one person who knew how to do what I wanted, and she was behind and I was either going to wait or......SO I LEFT!! They assume if you want your nails done bad enough you will wait!! This business doesn't like customers like me.....🙋🏿♀️ I was given NO offer for a discount, no water, NO APOLOGIES!!! They ruined my day and it was my birthday, I was hoping to get pampered and relax! Instead, they made me feel like I wasn't important as the next customer. They did NOTHING to change my mind. With that said, don't like my black skin, but, love my green money!! If you are a patron of color........TAKE YOUR GREEN MONEY ELSEWHERE. I DID!!

Kim and Sam and Anthony and their entire staff are so kind and talkative. They are so good at what they do and deserve all the kind words they can get. Love y’all!!!!

I visited VIP Nails & Spa for the first time on 4/29. The photo on the left is what I asked for and the photos on the right are what I got. I made an appointment and arrived on time. The male nail technician looked at my asking photo and said it would be no problem. As he was painting the nails, I was thoroughly confused. By the time he was finished, I wanted to cry. When I expressed my dissatisfaction to the female owner, she said ombré nails cannot be done unless it’s on a fresh set… 1) I have never heard that before, 2) other salons have successfully done it for me before, and 3) why wouldn’t my nail technician have told me that versus saying it wouldn’t be a problem? The female owner said they could remove the acrylics, put on a fresh set, and do them exactly how I wanted but not right then because they were too busy at the time — she asked me to come back later to fix them. They refused to give me my $45 dollars back for this atrocious set. Absolutely would not recommend coming here.
