It was great and super relaxing. But I would not go there if you are rushing because there are a lot of stages that you have to go through. I would recommend going there in the winter though. Maybe it is just me but I go in the pool and surfing all the time. I got it 3 days ago and it's already chipping off.

Worst experience ever at a nail salon, I do not know how this place stays in business.My nail polish is already chipping an it has not even been a week. I made an appointment for 5:30 got there and sat around for about twenty minutes. Finally when the owner called me over she only took my nail polish off than told me I could wait for her coworker because she took a different women who came in after me. Her coworker was still working on a customer. I waited for about another 15-20 minutes before he finally finished up. What is the point of making an appointment if your going to sit around for 40 minutes. Hoping that maybe the juice would be worth the squeeze and the finished product would make up for all these negative aspects. This was not the case I left with nail polish all over my fingers, very sloppy job. I have to go get my nails redone because they look horrendous.

One of the worst nail salons I've been to. Everyone seemed to have an attitude and in a rush. I was being passed around to different nail techs because they couldn’t do the most simplest of designs. I didn’t get what I asked for and I’m not a complex person at all. I like my nails simple and it’s a shame they couldn’t even deliver that. I’ve only been there once and I’ll never go again.

I Love this place. I've been doing my nails for years and the quality that Hale Nails provide for me is amazing. They are my to go to every time. Thank you guys so much for years of great service.

Usually I do not post reviews, but this place is not as good as it may seem. I decided to give this place a shot since it was in a convinient location. The first time I went, the lady put two thin coats of gel on my nails which literally peeled off within a week. I still went back thinking maybe I will have a better experience. This time I had to wait for my service (wanted gel polish change) was too long and the one lady had too much attitude when I asked her the simplest things such as how much a polish change cost for gel nails vs regular. She seemed to also ridiucle me when i asked her how long the nail polish usually lasts by laughing and telling me not long in a dismissive way. I also found out they did not have the color I wanted, nor did they allow for tips on cards. Usually thats understandable, but they did not make it clear anywhere of tips in cash, only suggesting that I do my nails first and take money from an atm across the street(not something I think is worth doing). Finally, they were charging way more for a polish change whereas I could easily go somewhere else and get my nails done for way cheaper, with better quality staff and service. I knew the minute I stepped into the place I would not be leaving happy. Thats sad.
