On a Wednesday morning, we were told to come back in 40 minutes because they were busy. 40 minutes later we came back and they sat us at pedicure chairs (without any water in the tub) and 30 minutes later we left because they still hadn't started our pedicures or made any attempt to apologize, reassure about the wait time, or say much of anything at all to us.
