I should've read the recent reviews. I assumed that because the reviews overall were very good, the service would be good. I was wrong.
I really wanted to like this place. When I came in and was looking at the colors, They kept asking me every 1 minute if I was ready yet. Then while doing my nails, I had 3 different techs switching to do them. I didn't really mind that. My nails came out okay, however, I hate how far from the cuticle they are. I'm just going to have to get them done again sooner because of it.
Then, not even 24 hours later my thumb nail broke in half while I was picking up a box. My thumb nail is very short so I was surprised. I went to get it fixed today and they tried to charge me once they finished. They never told me about charging me beforehand. I told them I didn't think I needed to pay and they just said nothing and walked away. I asked if that was okay and he smiled and said yes. I also had paid for the same gel polish to be put on my toes at the original visit, but instead they put a similar looking regular polish purple on. I was hoping to have that fixed as well, but after they tried to charge me for the repair I felt uncomfortable. I spent a total of $82 including a $12 tip and I'm not very happy.
I've been looking for a good nail salon for a while. I guess I'll have to keep looking. My favorite so far is the one in Fayette mall.

Just one week from today I had a Gel French manicure. Two days later the gel peeled off of my thumb at work while sifting through paper work.
I went back after work and showed my receipt in order for the male manicurist to redo the nail, while one of the older manicurist was so rude speaking in Vietnamese to him the whole time. As of today 3 more nails have gel peeled off. they guarantee at least two weeks, well that never happened. I'm not going back there.

Best place I have been to in a while. I get my eyebrows and nails done here. They take there time and pay attention to actually what you want. I suggest people to come here and see there great work. Very nice people too.

Very Professional and thorough . I got the spa pedicure and the botanicals used were so refreshing and cooling. Lots of nail colors to choose from and the staff is super awesome and friendly. I must recommend💞

I spend way too much time here than I should, I also feel like the employees here don’t care about the quality of their work, I stopped going here I used to come here for years but I’ve just been disappointed, they asked me to give them 5 stars and a good review on here so be careful of what you read. I recommend going to the summit or Brannon crossing.
