Love the technicians, especially Tiffany, but the salon itself is a bit confused.
A couple of years ago they started renovating the place, adding new pedicure chairs, new desks and chairs for the technicians and started painting, but never finished. The chairs you sit in as clients at the nail desks are bulky and bit uncomfortable. The Pedicure Chairs are fabulous. All in all I love to go here, but really wish they would finish the renovations.

Mani Pedi...lasted 2 weeks/still fresh looking. Relaxing interior. Plenty of parking.

To be fair I haven't been here in sometime and unfortunately it was one of the dirtiest businesses I've seen. The place was empty except for myself, my daughter and one other woman. I had a pedicure. I also couldn't understand what she was saying, maybe a few words here and there . There was so much visual huge dust balls under every chair! As if it never had a proper cleaning. Floors counter tops shelves all had different degree of dust layers. I most certainly would never return. Staff had the who cares attitude about clients being in there. The gal who did my pedicure went in the back after she painted my toes and she never came back.She didn't even say if she was done or ask if I wanted to go put my feet under the heaters. Which also was a filthy station, even the area where you push the button on was gross. It had black dirty finger smudges all around. At that point I was sick to my stomach and prayed I wouldn't get any infections. When we checked out we first had to wait for the staff to finish their gossiping story telling to each other. And the real kicker is, after giving us the total she says, you cannot leave a tip on a charge or debit card, all tips must be cash only! It was dirty enough that I am positive if the health department walked in there would most diffenetly be issues. That was ?mid January and no infections to date! I'll add, when this location opened I was a frequent customer and it was very clean and busy. I never had problems. I moved and used the location at Todo Santos Park and they were fine. I have since moved back and returned to the Contra Costa Blvd local and won't go back. If they have since had a thorough cleaning good for them. I still won't go back.

Nice people but the nails suck .less than 1 week old one broke while I was washing my hair. This new dipping style is not stronger than acrylic.

Amazing job they did...was so relaxing and a good way to spend my sunday. Was lucky and got two pedicures in last minute. Had to call several bollinger spas to get an appointment. Make sure you make an appointment in advance.
