This is the second time I have gone here and had a great experience each time. My lady did a wonderful time on my full set and my pedicure. She took her time and made sure I was happy with the result along the way. I recommend!

Second time in a row. Worst pedicure I have ever had. Have had to go get redone both times. Polish in my toes, cuticles, and can see through it on the actual Nails themselves. My nails were sharp, different lengths, and uneven. The only reason why I gave them a second chance was because my friend said I must have gotten a bad person. Then they charged me for a 15 minute massage and gave 5 minuets...and that is being generous.

I'm a dude and some times the wife insists I need help with my nails, top and bottom. They are okay. I keep getting the same person. Needs to NOT eat garlic before working. I guess I really don't know what to expect, but getting your nails done is not a pleasant experience. Not my favorite thing to do. The boss lady always seems to be in a bad mood. Not trying to judge, just an observation.

My girlfriend and I went for a spa mani. Our techs were very delightful and they did a great job. We will be back!

I only get my nails done about once every three months. and have only ever been here in a Sherwood. My pedicures have always been great. Nice, comfortable and relaxing, no rush. I’ve recentaly started getting more frequent shellac manicures. I have always been pleased. I recentaly had an incident where a new tech put the wrong polish on my nails for a shellac but I did not fully realize it til the tips started pealing off the next day and I knew something was off. I returned to the shop and they were polite and quick to want to fix it for me. It was just an accident and a one off mishap that I know the new tech will not make again, lesson learned. We are human and make mistakes but I do appreciate there hospitality and willingness to fix it without fuss. From what I hear there prices are comparable to everywhere else. They always have a lot of staff on weekends and I rarely make an appointment so if I have to wait on a Saturday it’s no ones fault but my own for not making an appointment.
