I’ve never been obsessed with a place like this before.. they’re all so sweet and so committed to make your nails perfect. You show them a picture and they’ll spend a good amount of time to make sure you’re happy with what they’re doing. I love this place and will probably always go to them! Great prices and great quality!!

I came to Castle Nails the first day they opened and now they have a new owner, the service and the service is not what it should be. I came in with my brother and granddaughters and my brother walked out after an hour sitting in the pedicure chair and I waited to get our nails done after waiting an hour. The service that we had gotten was the worse. I am looking for another nail salon that will give me better service.

Very welcoming staff! The business is very clean and beautiful! They make you wash your hands before anything is done to your nails which I love! Amy does a WONDERFUL job! Will recommend this place to everyone I know!

I have gone to Castle Nails for years and the service just keeps getting worse and worse. I will not be going back after my most recent pedicure. "Van" burned my leg with the hot towel. Yes, burned, not simply "too hot". While trying to clip the corners, he didn't get a clean clip and just ripped the edge of my nail all the way back up into the quick three out of four times. Now I have an ingrown toenail. Hopefully it won't require a doctor's visit, but walking currently hurts. I haven't had an ingrown toenail in over 25 years, and now this!?
I usually look forward to having softer feet after a pedicure, but the last 3 pedicures I've received at Castle Nails have been a huge disappointment. I have had to use a pumice stone at home to make up for their lack of effort at Castle Nails. And "Van" clipped the cuticles too short causing me to jump more than once.
Another older man put moved Van to another customer due to being busy, and the older man put my polish on. It was a mediocre painting job. This second man didn't put a top coat or drying coat. It's as if they get upset because you don't go with shellac when they push it on you at arrival.
They no longer massage your leg, but instead they either grind their thumb on your shin bone (which hurts; it's a bone!), or just repeatedly apply lotion haphazardly.
I really was hoping they'd turn the business around, but it seems I've given them one chance too many.

The pedicure was amazing the lady did great she was younger......the facial was a nightmare omg the lady was screaming to shut my eyes today and said I had to much hair on my face made me feel very uncomfortable she was rude as hell did my eyes browns but not the middle 😤 didn't get hardly no hair off at all ill never go back too hell with this place it mite look fancy 😔 but don't let it fool you
