Horrible is an understatement. I took my girlfriend here to get her nails done. She picked a color for her hands and feet. Not only was she given a color other than what she picked out, she was given 2 different colors. Neither being the color she picked out. After my complaint, the agreed to redo them. Next day we come back to get them redone, she picks out a color....guess what..same issue. Then had the nerve to charge her $10 for redoing them. Worst customer service experience ever. Don’t recommend anyone get their nails done here cause your color won’t match. Utterly ridiculous.

I had a horrible experience and I'll never return. I've wasted my hard earned money on a pedicure when I can do a better job myself. They maybe good on those nails, but they're definitely not good on those feet. I had an excellent pedicure last year by a man who no longer works there. They went up $5 more & they have an older lady there doing feet, that doesn't know what she's doing. She filed me too much that she filed my skin off on the side of my right foot. If I didn't stop her, she still would've been filing. My polish also chipped 3 day's later, I had to repush my cuticles back & cut what she didn't do. Also the massage was weak, especially with her wearing gloves. I'm never the one to complain.... I just had to say something, because I don't have money to waste on garbage. I would give a zero star, but I don't have that option. I did talk to the manager about it, but nothing was done. He needed to know that his employee does a half job & that he lost me as a customer. I'll support a reasonable black person the next time I want to get pampered & when I don't feel like doing it myself. I'm a very positive woman & I hate to be honest about a negative situation. More power to anyone who loves it.... it's just not for me anymore. God bless!

the visit was "ok" . I received something I didnt really want. Although the staff was nice, I had to return the same dame because my rhinestones were falling off. I dont think I'll be returning. I prefer my Salons to keep up with the latest trends
