Thoroughly disgusted. NO pride in their work. They only care about a quick turnover. I had to tell the manicurist on my feet to file my toenails and to cut the cuticles AFTER she painted them. Meanwhile the manicurist on my fingernails was slabbing on globs of gel powder. I had to speak sternly in order for him to clean up my nails because when I suggested that they looked bad he said that they’re fine and kept working. 🤨
I’ll never go back, and you shouldn’t waste your time.

So disappointed in this salon. I was looking forward to trying them because I heard good things and wanted to try them out before 12 to get 20% off. I went in for a full set of gel powder that was listed online for $40 and they charged me for Pink and White (which it wasn't) and it was $53. I also got my eyebrows waxed for $12 so my total - after the discount should have been $52 and they charged me $54. Not only do they not calculate their discount properly, but they lied about their pricing and made me paid $13 more for a service I did not receive. Please beware of this place, I will surely not be returning.

Had a chance to visit the beautiful salon since the owners changed. I was once a regular and through time ventured to a different place. The atmosphere was great the level of service poor. I was greeted and expressed that i wanted a thorough foot massage and requested someone excellent in massage. I was sat at the pedicure station for 30 mins before i decided to ask for water in my bowl. Another 30 mins the a young lady approached of who i noticed from the moment she touched my feet that she was a beginner.my pedicure was brief, steps were missed and she was afraid to massage. Not to mention my gel manicure was too thick with a equivalent of 4 layers applied. Once it was time to pay, i expressed to management i would come back to next day for them to fix it she than looked And ignored my request. I paid for the service but will never visit this place again. I should’ve just stayed with my regular nail spa

I went to Eminence today during my lunch break and got fast and friendly service. Hannah did a fantastic job with my gel manicure and it was a good price, $30. I'll be back to see Hannah next time I need to get a mani!

I have been a loyal customer for over three years and today was the worst experience ever!!! I paid over $60 for a full set of SNS less than a week ago and half of them broke. I came back today to get them fixed and was charged full price for the repair. The manager was absolutely NO HELP. I will not be returning to this business and advise you to be careful as well.
To the manager who refused to help; you are in a CUSTOMER SERVICE industry and if you can’t serve, you shouldn’t be a manager.
