This lady is terrible. I can still see a good portion of my real nail. She did a quick job. I have had my nails done here plenty of times and this is the worst that has ever been done. Now someone else is fixing it after I have said it numerous times and my nails were already drying. I gave 1 star for the first lady, I would give the other ladies 5 stars for fixing it.

Very nice salon for being in the small town of Chicago. The salon itself is very nice and the staff are great as well. Been here a few times now and I've been happy every time. The only negative things are the prices are a little too high for basic services and they seem to always have long wait times even when it isn't overly busy. All in all, a good salon to go to if you live up here. Just gotta pay more.

Today, was the last time I shall visit this shop. I have always gone here for eye brows and the techs always did a wonderful job, Helen especially. I went here only one time for nails and that was to have my gel polish removed (bad experience, she didn't clean my nails up and left them gritty like). Today I was told it'd be a 10 minute wait, but when it was about 25 minutes later I was ignored. They were not busy nor short staffed. Bye.

Never consistent. I see the same person and usually she does a great job but this time was bad. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Helen is the best. She has my eyebrows on point every time I walk out of there.. my nails are always perfect. But I only go to her!! Can’t speak for anyone else. When she tells me 10 mins it’s 10 mins.
