Never again. I went in with long brown never been touched healthy hair to get a caramel colored ombre. And I came out with a full head of platinum. Blonde. Grey. Purple. Hair.
Plus she charged me $40 more than the estimate she gave. Took 4 hours instead of 2. 5 hours. And she left me in the dryer for an hour and 6 minutes while she sat there and talked and said another ladies hair and completely ignored me.
My healthy hair is completely fried

Only person I go to I always get excellent treatment and service. I go with Laura and everytime I get superb treatment. Worth every penny and much better service than any mens barbershop I've been to.
