I had such a great experience. When I first arrived i was greeted by the receptionist and was told to pick my color and after doing so I was taken right in, i got a gel manicure and pedicure. She took such great care of my feet and my nails look so good and i even asked for an intricate design and she did them so well. I highly recommend this salon. Such a great environment I even fell asleep while I was getting my pedicure done. LOVE THIS PLACE. I am definitely coming back.

BEST SALON IN LOUISVILLE. Hands down. Luxury environment, quality services, friendly staff. The owner goes out of her way to make each of her clients nails look fabulous! The rest of the staff is marvelous as well! A little pricey but the place IS indeed a luxury salon. Yes they are busy and usually have to pick up the pace a little but they will never let you leave with bad cheap looking nails. I highly recommend this place if you are tired of going to the other cheap unprofessional salons in Louisville. I have a wonderful experience every time I come here.

Pros: -everything is clean
-tools come out of a sanitized bag
-ambiance is nice
-tech was friendly
Cons: -I had to kindly ask the girl to remove the fuzz from my toenail and it hurt when she dug into my toenail.
-there was a spill and the young man who was told to clean it up made it like it was the hardest job ever and didn't clean it up efficiently.
-nails were not filed smoothly and evenly. There is dried polish on my skin right now.
**i think it depends on who your nail tech is because I noticed a better more thorough job done by other techs.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I went in to get a "professional" pedicure and it looked like a 5 year old had done my nails. The guy did not seem trained and hurriedly did my french nails pedi. His work was VERY unprofessional. I do not recommend this salon, they need to hire professional licensed technicians. I wasted about 2 hours at this place. He put NO effort into my pedicure and he didn't even put on cuticle remover cream before pushing my cuticles. His procedure was ALL WRONG. And when i asked him nicely to clean my cuticles more, he said "If you just shut up and let us do our job it would be great". I was shocked. I complained to the manager-
unfortunately after he left and she re-did my nails.

As a man I come in and expect something girly and kind of weird. I came in and received a pedicure with my wife and she kept nudging for me to get my feet done and we received the AV Pedicure because if I’m going to do it might as well do it right. And I would have to say it was a luxury environment and service. It was truly great. It tickled a bit but it did it’s job and I got a drink, a sugar scrub, mask, and a long nice massage. I will be coming back to this salon.
