This was the very first salon experience where I got my stylist all to myself, my appointment was all about me! The shampoo and conditioning felt amazing. I walked out with healthy, shiny and bouncing hair. I definitely recommend Kendra if you are looking for a new hair stylist. She owns a wonderful shop there.

Kendra is wonderful! I chopped my own hair, trying to layer it on my own head, unfortunately my face was in the way. When I was done it looked like I butched it not cut it, so I went on the hunt for a new cosmetologist. I saw Kendra’s reviews and felt I needed a professional, in hopes she could save the day, and she did!

The stylist I had was not licensed. This incident occured on November 3rd 2017. Queen butchered my hair very badly, she did not have a license, and the owner, Kendra, gave me the name and showed me a license which was indeed expired and NOT the name of the girl who did my hair, whom is UNLICENSED when I requested to know her real name and since that did not work I demanded to see her license, which legally should have been out in display to the public. She gave me the name and showed me an expired license of Tamiqua Garba, who I don't believe even works there especially at the time of service. Anyone who got their hair done by Queen aka Taqueisha Madison needs a refund especially if she destroyed your hair(in which I found out she did it intentionally and the owner refused to refund my payment and wanted me to spend more money giving me a coupon for half off another service but told me I had to use it 2 weeks. Rip-off. Any business that requires u to spend more money after they rip you off is not a good business in the first place. They claim they are a limited liability company which they think protects them from being sued so they will give you a hard time about issuing you a refund if they screw up your hair.
