Poor customer service. They don't give the paying customer what they desire without attitude. They are very rude & disrespectful. They don't do a great job on your nails. I will not go back. I will take my money where it's appreciated.

The first time I visited was excellent but today I guess they were having an off day. I came in at 6:40 pm, I asked the nail tech about their powdered colors inventory and there was only 10 colors to chose from. After I choose my color I also requested to get my toe nails polished. The tech said he would do it for me.I made sure to ask if it was a problem because I knew they closing soon, he assured it was fine. The application of the powder was blachy, didn't outline my natural cuticle line so you could see where the powdered started and that my natural nail was left bare. It looked like I could use a refill. It shouldn't be a big deal with tips but with dark to bright neon colors being all I had to choose from, it is. The result, middle of my nails colored and the corners were inconsistent with blachy to no color whatsoever. He removed the nails said I was picky refused further services. I explained that my time was wasted so they could at least do my toe nails. Took 5 minutes to convince them.My advise is to not get powder. Experience on a display isn't enough. Check to make sure the tech knows how to apply it to blend with actual nail no matter the shape.
