I've been coming to this place faithfully every other week for the past 7months. I have an upstanding appointment. I love coming here. Everything I need done in one place. I didn't need to read the reviews before I went to the place because I had a nail emergency and they came through right before closing that night. The reviews are the people that want the impossible. I want to know that the person doing my nails isnt upset or something else. I've never been sick,my nails always come out amazing,and I've never felt like no one cared. I want to say thank you to everyone that works here because without them my nails and sanity would be on thin ice. If the are views are why you haven't already come to the space,you're definitely missing out.

This place is absolutely awful. The customer service is terrible, and if they don't see you for a long time they interrogate you and get mad when you tell them you've been going some place else. They always cut my cuticles and make me bleed, and my fingers sting like hell after my manicures. Not only that, but I was getting my eyebrows waxed, and I had some pimples on my face, and the lady doing my eyebrows told me that I need a shower... Really? That's a quick way to lose customers! Not to mention she was yelling on the phone, and she pinched my skin millions of times with the tweezers. This place will never see me again. It's a miracle they still have business.

Long story short... I'm not going back to this nail salon. They do not clean and cut my cuticles good enough for me and after barely 2 weeks, my cuticles look HORRIBLE and the nails are actually popping off. Unacceptable! I paid $30 for a bad full set.

They have great customer service, I always received a lot of compliments on my fingernails. My services are done well and good every time all the time
