I had a great experience until I went to pay.... $28 for a pedicure, ok a few dollars more than I'm used to but I can deal with it. $19 for refill hey I'm thinking that's great. It'll probably be $5 more for gel.. WRONG! $18 MORE for gel polish. Are you kidding me? $18 just for gel polish???? I am still in shock. It's a shame because Holly who did my nails did an awesome job, but I'm not spending that much when I'm used to spending$25.

This place is amazing Everyone was super friendly, and they guy who did my nails did a fantastic job. My little sister, and my aunt were having a lot of fun, and I think we bonded really well to the staff. I'm definitely coming back. 😊

I went in and was greeted nicely. I had no appt. I asked how long and was told 15-20 minutes max. 45 minutes later I am still sitting there. I would have left and made a appointment. During this time, 3xs the woman told me to come sit in the pedi chair, then said nevermind bc she had me confused with someone else.After complaining about the wait, I was told it was bc a couple people had appointments. If that were the case they shouldve known that and told me that from the door. Finally sit down for my pedicure, looks like my toes were just painted.The woman was busy talking to her coworkers instead of scrubbing my heels which werent even touched. My gel manicure was then done by the woman who greeted me, she is very friendly. Since it seemed like she runs the shop I was hesitant for her to do my nails. I had good reason, she was distracted the entire time. My nail beds/cuticles were not trimmed properly, there is excess skin. Looks like I havent had a mani in about 2 weeks,let alone yesterday. Nail polish on 2 fingertips and had to hear her call a young girl and other clients "baby". It was almost comical, after 10 minutes, I stopped counting at the 8th "baby". Im finally finished and standing there for 5 minutes to pay. I had to ask the young girl if I could pay,since I was there going on 3 hours. Pros:Nice greeting and large color selection. Cons: The wait(mainly the misinformation about the wait time), the constant chatter and inattention to my feet/nails, price point to high for such bad service. Needless to say I won't be back.

Always make me feel welcomed, staff is very friendly and their music is modern... sometimes you have to wait but that is nothing compared to how genuine the staff are...

The worst pedicure! Polish all over skin nails are slanted and the polish is bubbling. Not thrilled with gel mani either. And way over priced!!!!! I will not be returning!
