Date of Service: April 28,2018 Today is May 9. Less than two weeks. I went in right at opening was started on immediately despite how busy it was. The technician was nice and did my nails exactly how i asked and even took a couple dollars off for the length and shape . However, this was a brand new set. My nails started lifting within five days. Today i took off two that were lifting the most. Usually even if a mail is lifting they are hard and sometimes painful to remove but i was able to just pull these off with no pain or barely any damage. After a couple hours while at work i dropped a coin went to pick it up. Couple minutes later i realized another nail had fallen off still whole like it was a press on and i didn’t even feel of notice it. I’m very particular about my nails. I use my hands at work a lot and i haven’t had this problem from anyone in years. i don’t frequent this place but if they don’t have bonding products and techniques that actually last and are just trying to get you to come back more often i definitely won’t return. Like i said the customer service and technician are good the product was just not.

These people do not respect their customers. Ive paid $70 the last 3 days getting my nails done. Came in today to get a polish change and they are staring at me in disbelief I'm not asking for anything for free .If I'm paying it doesn't matter how many times I come in if I can afford it .Now they are having me wait while 3 technicians sit on their ass. These are the rudest,nastiest people and if I was not going on a trip tomorrow I'd find someone else to change these two ugly nails. But this will be the last time .Based on the comments they CLEARLY don't respect the community they are serving.

Service is going to hell! Hour wait and attitude when the manager is out of town. Should be great service any time. Been going here for over a year and the service is getting worse. Have to find another shop smh

THE STAFF HERE IS SUPER RUDE. MANAGEMENT IS ALSO VERY UNPROFFESIONAL. MOST SERVICES ARE VERY LAZY AND CRAPPY. THEY START TALKING THAT DUMB A** LANGUAGE WHEN YOU NICELY POINT OUT SOMETHING THAT THEY DIDNT DO. I DONT APPRECIATE HAVING THESE FORIGNERS TALK ABOUT ME IN MY FACE IN ANOTHER LANGUAGE BECAUSE IF I CURSE THEM OUT IN ENGLISH (AMERICAN STYLE) THEN IM WRONG. I paid for a pedicure and all i wanted the lady to do is clip the extra skin from my toe that she failed to get initally.

I wish I could give a zero and still leave a review but I can’t. I’ve been “trying” to patronize their services for about two years since moving to Hampton but it’s one bad experience after another. For starters, Lynn who sits at the front chair is VERY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL! The guy sitting next to her is her cohort and they talk about the customers to one another without trying to hide it. I used to allow Lynn to do my mani/pedi but she always rushes through the service and gets an attitude when you try to critique her poor quality work. I stopped coming to this salon for my nail services but I was still coming to get my eyebrows waxed by Tracy. When I come into the salon, I always speak to EVERYONE in the building but Lynn won’t part her lips to speak at all. I came Saturday 06/02/18 (reluctantly for nail services and eyebrow wax “by Tracy”) and that’s when the floodgates opened. Lynn got an even nastier attitude and her attitude apparently rubbed off on Tracy because Lynn said something in their native language and Tracy “was no longer available to do my service” but didn’t say anything to me and I waited for almost an hour. Because I was in a crunch, I allowed someone else to do my mani/pedi and I left without getting my brows done. I came back today, 06/07/18 to get my brows waxed and “the whole staff” looked at me when I walked in. Tracy acted like she never saw me a day in her life and of course Lynn is consistent so she didn’t speak when I spoke to everyone in the salon. My purpose in writing this lengthy review is because there’s no way in the world that “this salon” should be patronized by “us” when they do not value “us” as customers or as people AND they definitely have no respect for our dollar! I don’t care if I look like a chipped nail, thick-eyebrows wolf; I WILL NEVER COME BACK! It costs $7. for an eyebrow wax and I ALWAYS give Tracy $10. When I get a mani/pedi, I tip no less than $5. and sometimes I only get a color change but my tip doesn’t change! I WISH TO GOD that an ALL AMERICAN (AA preferred) Owned and Operated salon would open on the South Side and put a dent in their pockets! This is RIDICULOUS that there’s so many bad reviews on here but the salon stays packed. They are very rude, unprofessional, and undoubtedly petty! They may not value my money but I do and today will be the last time they will have to worry about disrespecting me or my money.
