I called ahead to see if the accept walk-ins (they do) and was seated immediately! my nails look nice and my nail tech knew what she was doing. The only problem i had was that she kept going on her phone and every now and then would go help another client. Other then that i had a great experience. ( Also i got a basic acrylic set for $28 square nail)

I like that they pay attention! They luv to offer you gel nail and gel polish! Just say no...lol they also use great acrylic.

This is a very unprofessional establishment. She over plucked my eyebrows and the room they do it in is very sketchy. You lay on a wired chair with wash cloths covering it. While back there I saw that they reuse the foam sandals for pedicures, which is unsanitary. Anyway I had told her I was unhappy with the job and she said she evened them out ( took half of each off and made patchy) my eyebrows were growing out and very thick. She RUINED THEM!! When I asked for a refund she called me racial slurs and banned me from my store. She said I know you people, meaning African American people. The most horrific experience of my life. So unprofessional and RACIST. DO NOT GO THERE AND SAVE YOUR MONEY!
There are more horror stories from this nail salon, I hear them all the time due to me working near the mall.

This is my regular shop. I never have a problem being served. They are always full staffed. My nails always look nice when I leave.

I wish I could give a 0 they are terrible... they’re machine was off line so it kept declining my card she kept yelling in my face I’m a liar and broke then she fixed it and the payment went through she never apologized. The guy doing my nails was very unprofessional...
