The longest-lasting dip manicure I've had. They also give a discount to people who work in the Promenade. Great, clean atmosphere and friendly employees - I have had really great experiences with Kim and Kay. Thank you for your attention to detail!

My tech is fabulous! She listens to my requests and is efficient and detailed. Great service and very clean!! Prices are reasonable.

Came here asking for black and white color interchanged on each finger and a design on my ring finger and walked out with all white nails. The nail tech was rough, kept looking around while working with me, didn’t cut my nails before starting to glue my tips on, didn’t do any kind of cuticle care, and left the nails looking bumpy and textured. I know they were busy as it was the day before Easter, but I came here as a birthday treat and left feeling sad with the results. Just expected better from a salon with luxury in the name.

If its not Kim don't go. Everyone else is either extremely too tired & fed up with doing ladies nails, or someone is new & practicing 🤷🏾 I always feel rushed but yet I do often spend over $80 every time I visit them. The young lady who did my nails was nice & very attentive to how I wanted my full set styled. But the end result shows very rushed & uninterested. So now I'll find someone else, bc from NLR - PROMENADE I'D RATHER NOT IF I HAVE TO BE DISAPPOINTED. But thank you anyways tho. Chances are you should go else where. Unless you're in a rush. 🤷🏾 good luck!!!

Very professional & welcoming. I took my mom here for her first pedicure ever and they were so kind to her, she has always been embarrassed by her feet but they made her feel so comfortable. They took their time and were very detailed. Kay & Amy were great! Amy did my nails & did an amazing job.
