We got there at 5 pm and the place was empty! We were the only pain there and I asked the lady how much is it to do my 12 years old daughter. She said you want dip and I said how much is dip and she said $45. I told her no the regular polish is fine. All the sudden she said I have to leave soon and I don’t have time to do her nails!!! I asked her ,, don’t you close at 7?? And it’s 5 now and you can’t do her nail and you don’t have no customers!! Wonder why !!! We definitely don’t come back.

Used to be 5 stars when Johnny owned this nail salon. Since he left and one of the employees took over , the place is a wreck! One day their open , one day they’re closed . They close early and open late . This may be the first step to not loosing so much business .....

I went to their shop yesterday and I absolutely LOVE my nails. They have holographic glitter in the gel polish. I realized they are actually a dark reddish brown color instead of black but they are absolutely amazing. I was so comfortable the whole time. The workers do their job so well to make sure you are happy with your look! Yes the color is different but I love it so much! Definitely recommend for people getting acrylic nails, especially longer ones.

If you have a firm knowledge of how you want your nails done, avoid this place. Very sloppy job on removing my cuticle, looks like it was done by a butcher. Nails were shaped nowhere near how I wanted them. I wanted arched nails, got straight. Tips applied crooked, acrylic is uneven. When I told Steven that he put the tips wrong, I got an attitude. I left the place knowing I'm gonna have to sit and redo them myself.
To the salon: get your guys in check. Don't you know the main rule: the client is always right? Oh, and it's extremely rude to talk on front of a client in a language I don't understand. Cause guess what: it seems like you were talking trash about me right there under my nose.

It breaks my heart to have to find another nail salon. I’ve gone to this one for over 5 years consistently. I’ve endured several changes in ownership. However, lately, the service, quality, and cleanliness has declined, while prices have increased for less service. They now nickel and dime everything and everything is charged as an add on. The salon is in desperate need of a makeover and updated and working equipment. I really like Vicki, Steven, and Maria, but I have to take my business and money somewhere else.
