Worst mail salon in Cobble Hill/Carroll Gardens area. Technician has no idea what they are doing. Tried to upsell me a $48 pumice brush. The 15 second Massage (included in “spa package”) felt like air and when I asked to go stronger, she intentionally pressed so hard I almost cried in pain. When I asked to have an ingrown nail cut , the woman snapped and told me to go to see a foot doctor . The place smelled like someone had just used toilet, tv was blasting , and everything about this place is horrible . Don’t waste ur time and go to any other nail salon .

I love this place! My neighborhood nail place. Little to no wait, very hardworking and skilled technicians. My nails always turns out very well. Going here to get my nails done for my wedding.

They're fine. You're talking about this store for 10 years. Who doesn't know that she doesn't even have a massage room. You don't tell them.

I am African American and have always had positive experiences at Smith Nail. I don't deny "cuz john's" experience set forth below. But it has not been my experience. I've been getting my nails done there for a few years now, and it is my go-to place. I find that generally they are prompt and efficient and call in manicurists from another shop, which helps avoid delay. They also provide free neck and shoulder massages to all patrons when they get their nails done and are waiting for the dryer. My husband also frequents Smith Nail, and has had a positive experience without any illegality. Like the majority view, I highly recommend them.
