The staff are nice and helpful, and approachable. The dressing rooms are always clean. The prices are amazing and they usually have really good coupons. Their clearance section is usually marked way down so when I can find cute clothes or winter boots in that section I grab them immediately. Their $10 off a $25 purchase coupon works with clearance items, so it's my favorite store to shop at.

Very few store associates, very slow service, long lines. Cannot go in there during lunch anymore, take to long.

Couldn't find things asked sales associate. Was told bargains were in the basement. I went and find tons of things way cheap. But bathrooms were loaded with lines. I used the men's restroom. Didn't care better to per in men's room or per my pants.
