This is my favorite nail salon. I agree that the place isn't much to look at and that they could probably use more staff during the evening, but they do such an awesome job with my nails and have cheap, reasonable prices. If you go during the morning or afternoon when they aren't as busy, they will spend a long time doing your nails in effort to make sure that everything they do is perfect and that you are happy. I really think this place deserves more credit. I will never go to another nail salon in Louisville.

I went to this place and they told me I had to wait 30 minutes and there was only one person in the store I don't know how they run their business going on that day they were running it awful

I should have ran as soon as I came to top nails "today" on a Friday after work and noticed that not a single customer was there, especially it being 4:30pm on a Friday. I must say that This is the worst nail place on earth I ever stepped foot in. I don't know where to begin. Came in to get a fill-in with shellac polish which oddly came out to $40. None of my nails are even nor was the polish applied evenly. I requested the same coffin shape I originally came in with which morphed into a hedious oval shape by the end of the manicure. I took pictures of the horrible nail job I received today and wish there was a way so I could let the public see the horrible nail job I received from "TOP NAILS". Please if you cherish your hard earned money, do not patronize this place. You will not get satisfactory work!!!!!!!!

Went and got my nails done. As she did one nail the other broke and she poured glue under the nail to "fix" it. And I be damned if 30 mins later another one broke. She barely put any acrylic on my nails. And Everytime I said something about them being flimsy, she proceeded to tell me no they're not dry. I went back there before closing to get them fixed , and they were closed! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY THERE!!! Pathetic smh
