I came here because it was so close to my house and I decided to try it out. Bad idea.
The woman took over two hours just to take the polish off my nails and sculpt the acrylic. I told her I’d paint them because I was not happy with what she had done and I was ready to get OUT of there.
She filed my nails for about an hour, unsure how to get the gel polish off. She used like 10 different dremel tips and burned me several times. She also cut the skin around my nails 3 times. There was acrylic on my skin when I left and the nails were uneven, shape-wise and length-wise.
I also told her I have very thin, brittle nails and to be careful filing them too harshly and she used a very rough 100 grit file anyway.
AND I had a nail that she replaced BREAK the very next day. Never happened to me before so quickly.
I was horrified. This is the worst experience at a nail salon. I can’t remember her name, but it was not in any of the other reviews so maybe she is new there. Sheryl?

This is my second time coming here. Both times have been a very pleasant experience. The ladies that I have met are very professional and my pedicures are great.

This is definitely my new favorite nail salon! Most services are less expensive than other nail salons in the area and the staff are very friendly.
Amber she’s the best she took the time to make sure my nails looked absolutely perfect, and I really appreciate it!

I’m in town from Denver and This salon is great! Everyone is very nice, vibes are there, and they listen to what you want, cute and cozy to call your home nail shop. Prices are very reasonable also, Marv is AMAZING.

Got to the shop, it was empty. And I was told at 2:00 that they had 3 appts for 2:15..well I didn't leave until 2:12 and still no one showed up...they just turned away money but got a sign up that says sale. Asked me to come back tomorrow.. IF I NEEDED SERVICE TOMORROW THEN THATS WHEN I WOULD HAVE CAME...I DRIVE FROM WESTSIDE FOR THIS ..im more than upset..they could have started on me..there was nobody there!!
