I had one of the worst experiences here today. The man doing my nails was extremely rude. Either he didn't fully understand what I was telling him or he just didn't care. I told him what I wanted three times and he shushed me and went on to scowl at the woman next to him and speak about me in a different language. I asked him if there was a problem or if I was being too difficult and he said "yes" but did not say another word to me. I left with my long nails cut very short and not even painted on the sides or at the cuticle. I'm not sure why you'd even be in this business if you're not going to listen to what customers want. I will no longer be going here due to the extremely disrespectful and RUDE staff.
