The biggest issue with this place is consistency. You get a different experience with each employee. With eyebrow waxing, one woman is amazingly thorough. She will go back over an area if hairs were missed, and plucks any stray hairs after. The last time I went, she was busy & I couldn't wait. I could tell this other woman did the bare minimum, but didn't realize til I got back in my car how much she missed. She had done one strip between my brows, right in the middle, and had missed the hairs that are closer to my brows, which were the reason I had gone for the service. I went back in to ask someone to fix it. The same woman came over, plucked a couple hairs, and said "happy?" I wasn't, but with it being my face, I didn't want to fight about it and just left. I won't be going back to have my brows done.
I do love going there for pedis, and will continue going for those. In the last few years, they've upgraded the chairs multiple times.
It's nice to be able to stop in without an appt, but that also makes it hard to get the same person, which means sometimes you'll be happy with your service, and other times you won't.

They sneak u on the prices and they catch an attitude when u don't want the gel polish. They do decent nails. I rather go to NY for my nails.

Would NOT recommend.
I go here quite often, and never have I been satisfied with the look of my nails. They’re always uneven, flat, and not well rounded out. I ask for a coffin style acrylic and then they charge me extra for it. Whenever my mother goes, she gets good service and good nails. What is it that makes me different? They always rip me off, overcharging me for simple things. I got a set of acrylics and it came out to 50 dollars, and that is ridiculous, especially when I‘m receiving attitude and rudeness for being polite. I always have to go home and fix my nails myself. They’re extremely rude and rip you off and do a horrible job. End of story.

Did poor job then charged extra after my nails were done then made them to short i could have done a better job. Nails are all diff shapes

She messed up my nails and i said something to not one but two people that worked there and they said okay? And still charged me full price mind you she cut me three times with one of the tools before she even put the design on. I will never return back to any of the malls nail salons.
