They never wrote me down as an appointment. I was a new customer who heard amazing things,. I called a couple weeks in advance to make an appointment. When the time came,. I walked in and she just stared at me like she was confused because she has no appointment scheduled for me. I explained and all she said is .I can give you my business card. Didn't actually apologize for the misunderstanding or for the confusion.. didn't try to reschedule or anything. I understand it's ppossibl to forget to write down an appointment if you are busy but she didn't try to make me feel more comfortable at all,. Instead everyone was staring at me like I was the forgetful person. This place may be the greatest of all time but I will never know because of how they treated me the first time , I will not be returning. It's a principle thing.

I needed an emergency mani. Was fit into Sheryls schede as nd she fid a wonderful job!

The decor is lovely, warm and inviting and Gina, the owner is definitely a professional. She's an expert nail tech, quick and fun to be around.
