This place has seriously went down in quality and went way up in pricing. I got a fill in with some regular polish. I had to correct the lady four times because she missed spots. Then I stayed for almost twenty minutes waiting for the polish to dry. While I was there I was listening to them tell the other ladies their prices and I almost died laughing at the insane pricing they were giving out to these woman! One woman had broken off her toenail so she went in to get ONE acrylic nail and paint the rest of her toes. Tell me WHY they charged her $60! A full set of nails costs about that depending upon what you get. $60 for what she got was crazy to me. Fast forward… my nails are completely dry. I went home and took a nap because I had a date and I knew I was going to be out late. I wake up and this what my nail looks like

My sister, who always gets her nails done here, literally just let from getting her fill in. She has RA and was on her cane. My sister is a beautiful plus size woman with RA and she's having a flair up right now. She told Kevin she couldn't go to the other area and he has the nerve to tell her stop eating. How dare you tell a customer to stop eating. Talking about her weight. Something is seriously wrong for anybody to talk about someone let alonea customer. Then they not modernized still only taking cash only.
I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AND I RECOMMEND KEVIN GOING TO TAKE BUSINESS AND ETIQUETTE CLASSES TO LEARN HOW TO TALK TO PEOPLE.

Why not tell me cash only from the beginning??? Why just snatch my phone and say go to bank.
Not only that they were abusive. They don't say nothing politely they just tap me or hit me. Like I'm not an animal. Open your mouth if you need me to move my hand or feet. Horrible customer service

My girls and I had been going to this nail shop for years however the past few years service had dropped tremendously. The prices has increased this year, but your nails only stay on for a week. If it's a crowded day Kevin will definitely rush on your nails to get everybody in and Kelly attitude is horrible she has a smart mouth and always looking crazy. They don't have a full staff so service is very slow now as well.. I hate this for them but you must satisfy you customer's especially since they are paying money..
