I have been to a few places in the area to have my nails done, but I was most impressed by the service, conscientiousness, and attention to detail here. For example - I had apparently had an issue with one of my nails (brought on, I am guessing, by some of the less than sanitary practices of the last place I had my nails done.) The owner made me aware of the issue, and explained exactly what she was going to do and what I should consider doing (never lecturing or telling me what I had to do, but explaining possible options.)
I also have to say that the work she did was outstanding, and this was on a day where her schedule had been turned upside down. She was pleasant, professional, and very attuned to my needs as a customer.
I am definitely coming back, and will be telling my friends as well!
