I loved it! Andrea was very friendly and eager to help. We had great conversations and I learned so much about my hair and caring for it. I love my haircut as well! I didn't like my hair when she blow dried it though so I came home to reshower. Used a Groupon and ended up tipping more than the original amount because I loved the service so much!

Did the Keratin treatment. My hair feels and looks exactly the same. Totally not worth 150$ and now I have to wait months to get it done properly.

Absolutely horrible. I parked my car and the woman in the car next to me just stared at me. I walked in and there was no one at the desk, except for a few kids running around. They ran to the back to tell someone, the owner I think, that I was there. 5 minutes past my appointment time the owner walked out and asked my name while going through a backpack. Finally the stylist, May, walked in. The same woman that stared at me as I came in, and neglected to return on time. When she washed my hair, I had to hold my neck up the entire time through 3 washes, which hurt like hell. I asked for 3 inches cut, and she cut at least six. My "layers" look horrible. I'm heart broken. Absolutely do not go here.

I made an appointment online and verified that appointment when someone called to confirm it. My appointment was for 5 pm and I showed up 10 minutes early. The lady who checked me in was very nice and let me know that my stylist (Stephanie) was running late, but would be there soon. I waited 45 minutes past my appointment time when a lady came in stating she had an appointment with Stephanie as well. My appointment was for highlights, lowlights (two different colors), cut and style (OVER $150 plus tip). How could she possibly have time to do all of that when she was almost an hour late for my appointment at this point? Needless to say, I left without getting my hair done. I was a totally new client for this salon and was going to pay a lot of money to have my hair done. It’s too bad. They lost a potential long term client today. I will say the lady that checked me in was very kind and apologetic, but I didn’t want someone rushing my hair and making mistakes to catch up over an hour of lost time either, especially when she had someone else already waiting.
