I called in on Monday to schedule a consultation. The nail technician was out, understandable. The woman on the phone was very polite as she collected my name and number and assured me that the nail technician would call me on the morrow. I never did get a call. Rather disappointed that I wont be going to this salon, but if that's how they conduct business then I'm sure it's for the better.
