If i could give no stars i would- the only thing that was done right was the color i picked out. my nails were cut too short and i wasnt even asked what nail shape i wanted- and she did them my least favorite shape too. My nails aren’t even at all and theres acrylic under them, my skin was glued to the nails but it also already feels like theyre loose. She didn’t even use that much glue and she completely rushed the whole thing and acted like she didn’t want to do her job, but she could’ve asked us to come back if she was busy. I don’t understand why the mall is shutting down good places instead of places like this. I am highly dissatisfied because usually when I do come here it wasn’t as mediocre of a job done and am left feeling satisfied but this last visit made me rethink ever coming back. Was NOT worth the money.

If you're a woman and you get you're nails done, DO NOT go to "Star nails" inside Randolph mall! 🙅♀️ I went and got my nails done there yesterday since I was already at the mall. I needed a fill in and 4 nails had come off, so I needed 4 nails replaced. Well, he insisted he take off the remaining nails and put a full set on (I couldn't understand him much so I just said "go ahead") 😐 he takes my nails off my left hand with a sharp unused fake nail, by sliding it between the REAL nail and fake nail. He gets to my right hand and attempts to do the same to my pinky nail. All of a sudden I feel a sharp pain and look at my hand and my nail is BLEEDING! He stops and looks shocked and says he's not gunna take off anymore nails. He cut my REAL nail UNDERNEATH the fake nail and couldn't get the rest of the fake nail off! Well, long story short he put a new fake nail on top of the old one and said he'd file it down to even it with the rest (which he couldn't do when it came down to it bc it hurt when he tried to!) And today while at work, my ENTIRE real nail and the fake nail on top of it is COMING OFF and it's bleeding STILL!!!! 😣 He apologized, but didn't even offer me a discount or ANYTHING!!! I am sooooooo pissed!!!!! 😳😡😠

I have been many times and always have an excellent experience. By far my favorite place to get my nails done. I have real nails that are long and seem to have a hard time finding places that know what to do with real nails, but not here. They are great every time!

Only 3 because the girl who done them before this past time I went done absolutely amazing. This past time I paid 27 dollars for a fill in with gel paint and the MAIN MANAGER who done my nails DIDNT LISTEN TO ANYTHING I TOLD HER and I asked for the acrylic to be thin, but it's thick & uneven, and the gel on my thumb is already peeled off only two days later the first time I waited 3 weeks before I needed a fill but the girl who done then was on vacation.
