I have been going to Sam at Aqua Nails for about 10 years he is the best in Maple Grove. He is extremely professional and gives you exactly what you ask for in addition to keeping your nails healthy and growing. I had no nails when i started with Sam and always had to add tips. I told Sam I wanted to grow my own nails and he said as long as I came regularly he could ensure to keep my hands beautiful and that is what he has done. I have tried every shop in Maple Grove none can top the service and treatment I get from Sam. I have not had to add tips in years my nails also hardly ever break.

I used to come to aqua nails all the time and loved it. I decided to come back to get a manicure and pedicure but was very disappointed :( pedicure was good but the quality of my nails was just not good. I didn’t realize it until I got home… I did the white ombré and you can see my thumb nail wasn’t completely covered with the white. Almost all of my nails are like that. Also, the ombré look was not blended enough. You can see right where the color change is in the base of the nail. I feel bad having to say it but It’s very disappointing to have had spent $120 on a service I just wasn’t happy with. I won’t be going back.

I had on acrylic nails and I just needed them removed, it’s usually super fast and painless whenever I go to a nail salon. I have never been to this one before but I assumed they all take off synthetic nails the same way. I was wrong, Titi did my service and after she drilled my nails she didn’t even try soaking them. She proceeded to take a fake nail and dug under my acrylic nail to rip it off. My acrylic nails were very much stuck on my real nails so it hurt really bad. She did not properly soak my nails and my real nails should not have been ruined. Not to mention, I do have some acne on my face and Titi pointed it out and asked if I had some sort of “rash” on my face. I’ve never been to a nail salon that was so unprofessional and rude. I was left with my nails in pain and as you can see my skin was peeling because of the way she soaked my nails in the acetone. I have never written a bad review before but I was so disappointed and never experienced something like this :/

Very nice environment and staff! The first service I had was great, after leaving I did have two nails bubble up. When I came back two days later just to ask why it happened, they redid my full set! It was so sweet and way more than I expected to happen. I felt so bad coming in about it but they were so amazing and sweet about it!! Would definitely recommend!!

We walked in, 3 of us, took care of us right away. Awesome salon, Amazing staff. 10 out of 10. Highly Recommend. Had conversations with us, interacted with us. It was a Fantastic time. Also, clean chairs, salon, and bathrooms.
