Just left this salon ....ALL smiles!!! My first appointment in the Port Washington area.
Anna give me a pedicure and powder gel nails. THE most meticulous work I've seen. I highly recommend her work.
The atmosphere is peaceful, music is calming. Very nice!

I was seen right away. Place looked nice and clean. The woman who helped me went from doing a clients nails to waxing my lip. She didn’t wash her hands. I asked her to clean with alcohol. She ignored me. She was rushed. I told her i have sensitive skin. She ripped my skin off and the 3rd time her hand slipped off wax strip. I said ow! No! No! No! Stop! As she continued to pull my skin off with wax strip.
My face is on fire!! I had the ac on my face and ice cube nothing is helping. And its an hr later. And i have my daughters bday party to go to. Im angry, and in pain. And stupid me i gave $2 tip. Why do we tip even when we are unhappy with service? A tip should be earned.
