I came here for the first time two days ago. It was a horrible experience! I would not recommend this place to anyone.
The people there, were very difficult to understand. Which is not a big deal, because I understand how hard English is. But they seemed to act like I was the problem, when the woman asked me to choose a color.
Then when another customer left, the husband and wife seemed to get into an argument between themselves. The husband was grinding off the polish of my nails as it was all happening. And it felt like he was taking the anger that he had with his wife out on me. The grinder was too rough, and he was very careless about where my nail ended and started. So it would grind my skin!
I should have left then...
They had to replace one nail that had fallen off. He picked out one that was a little smaller apparently, because he had to file down the side of my nail. He kept trying to make it fit AFTER he glued the nail on!
And the color that I had picked out was running low..so instead of him telling me, he put it on in a rush, and it is transparent because it was not enough.
When I left, I couldn’t help by cry because it was a horrible job. And I felt that the money I spent there was wasted! I was charged $30 for something that wasn’t beautiful. And that I will have to go get re done!

Very difficult to understand, more so than usual. The whole time tjey kept asking me stuff and i didnt understand.

Used to come here all the time cause it was close to home. Discovered allure in west York which is ny far the best placw I've ever gone to...and stopped in here for a quick fill gel polish yesterday, the staff obviously hurried through my fill and polish and today, polish peeling off, gel polish, not supposed to do that. Horrible. Will not be going back with exception of tomorrow to tell staff how horrible this nail job was. Would post a pic if I knew how.
