They burnt my eye when I was getting my eyebrows waxed and then they spilled wax on me. she was very unprofessional.

I suffer with neurpathy which makes my hands weak and painful. Mary does a great job on my nails and the forearm massage afterwords is really fantastic. The experience is new to me and for a few weeks at a time, my hands look great and feel closer to normal than they have for almost a year. Thank You!

I am rating just one star though the job was done ok, the man who attended me was very unprofessional, rude and seemed to hate his
Job. If I ever go back I will refuse to be seen by that man, did not get his name!!

This salon is no longer Artistic Nails, it's called Star Nails and it's under different management. I've been going here for a year now because they're amazing. My entire family goes there as well. Only once did I have a bad experience-- my nails were shaped a way I did not like (too short) and everyone was very understanding and apologetic when I did not want to have them painted. Phong and Tram are practically magic, everyone is polite and they will do their best to fit you in even if they're booked, but do call ahead if you can. They close early sometimes if they're empty and there are no appointments.

I also had a not very good experience this past Saturday. Waited longer than was informed....once started it seem hurried. The man who did the manicure and the lady who did the polish on my toes made it so thick even after sitting under the uv light and spraying quick dry my toes were not dry after 2hours. They did not put a clear coat on either my fingers or my toes so they started chipping the very next day. Would NOT go back again.....they also need to leave the two children at home, crying and screaming most of the hour I was there.
