I had a manicure and pedicure done here in February. The technician Thuy cut one of my toes with a razor causing it to bleed. I also observed they did not clean out the pedicure basin after I used it. I would not recommend Cindy Nails given these serious concerns.

This location just opened yesterday and they directed me here from their location on Carrollton. It is brand new but same management and staff who are wonderful. Really clean and quiet. My manicurist helped me find a color after I didn’t love what I selected. Definitely will come back to this location!

I always have a wonderful experience here. They are very accommodating. Manager is doing a great job! Thank you Tee and Hannah for such a nice pedicure and manicure. I will be back 😊

Not worth the price for gel manicure. Got my nails done right before they closed, the gel never set onto two of my nails and peeled up that night. Got them fixed the next day at no cost. It’s been four days and they’re peeling off and chipping. I’ve never had this issue at any other nail salon. This is the second time I’ve tried them and won’t go back. Both times the quality of gel has been terrible.
