They must be good because people are always in there...but it takes forever for you to even get called up to start your nails....i don't want to wait for 2 hours!

I wasn't all that impressed, had a refill done and nails shortened last week. One hand my nails are perfect length and the other hand they are twice as long as the others... I am very ocd about that kind of thing so if you don't mind having VERY uneven nails, go ahead... I mean hey, I know it's not going to be perfectly even but when everyone notices, yeah, no go for me... not going back.
