Nee is SO attentive to detail and quality. I’ve been going to her for the past 20 years for haircuts and pedicures; she never disappoints. I live in NYC; I usually always try to find the time to travel to Buffalo. I know other customers travel from other states and Canada. She’s super sweet and will make you feel comfortable. She is basically a one-woman show. She runs the store by herself, does mostly everything and always succeeds at making me happy. I definitely trust a woman who’s been in the business for 30 years.

Have been going here a few years nee knows me by name. First off, prices are absolutely insane. The phrase “you get what you pay for” absolutely doesn’t apply here. She’s a very nice lady but I got my nails done 3 days ago and 3 broke off, I had to pay $15 to fix them. I get you have to make money somehow but that’s ridiculous when they broke off as I was putting on my seat belt. I’ve been going there forever yet she tells me “it’s been so long since you got them done”. If you’re getting a full plan on being there for 4 hours, no joke. Started my friends fill at 8pm and we did not get out until 2 AM !!!!! Yes, that is the truth. I won’t be going back, it’s also $65 for a regular full set with gel and nothing special. Make sure you have the entire day off for your full set because she won’t get you out of there when she says she will. She prefers appointments but don’t bother! She’s never taken me on time, I came in she asks if I can go grab lunch she won’t be able to take me for an hour. Another nail from the full set she put on 3 days ago is half off after I got it repaired today!!!! What a joke, over this place. You’d think with going there everyday she’d accept her mistakes and not make me pay even more for something that’s her fault. I feel bad writing this being as I love nee as a person, but definitely not as my nail tech anymore. Go to nailary to get what you pay for.

I absolutely love it here! Nee takes her time and provides quality customer service and care. I always leave feeling pampered, refreshed and rejuvenated!👌

Nee is a wonder place to go. The owners name is nee she also cuts hair. She will not let u leave until u are fully satisfied. I love her...
