I went in because it was open on a Sunday. They were busy with only 2 people working. The lady was very nice but the man was very rude. While cleaning off my gel polish he cut up 1 finger on my left the 2 on my right hand. when I said something he said "You will be fine." Then put something on my nails after finished cleaning and it burned like ....!!! I asked for the lady to finish and had no issues until she started painting my nails. She was in such a hurry she did a horrible job on them. I honestly think my 6 year old niece could of done a better job. Please if your that busy hire more people. I walked away with a infection in one finger and the other cut up lucky no infection.

Had a gel mani pedi so rushed it was all over my skin and when I tried to pick it off my skin, it pulled the whole nail off. I went back in and they gladly redid it, and it looked way better, but it’s already chipping only 5 days later. I’ve never had a gel manicure do that so quickly. I went once about a year ago and had the same experience but thought maybe I just chose a color that wasn’t the best quality. I will not be spending my money here again.

Went in for spray tan. I asked for dark and my legs hardly got any color and the rest was not even. Not sure they have been trained on spray tanning, I have had many spray tans but this one left stain on my clothing and I can usually get the color out in the wash. Not going to go back. Not sure about nails as I didn’t use that service. Employees were friendly so I gave them two stars

I am very disappointment in the service I received. I went in and had a full set put on at 6pm on Saturday, and they closed at 7 Pm. That should be plenty of time to get my nails done, especially because I was the only one there. They rushed me to pick out a color, and ended up picking it for me. The women was very nice, but hurt my hands terribly. She forgot to drimmel one hand, and the had that she did, she made all 5 of my fingers bleed. She kept using her nail to push my nail beds back, and then would drimmel the skin away! And they she put this stuff on my nails that got on the open wounds and burnt like crazy! I had beautiful nails beds and now all my fingers are torn up and destroyed. They man ended up painting them, and he was extremely rude. He put FOUR coats on my nails, and they women came over and told us that the color wasnt looking good and I needed to pick out a new one (which was what I was trying to do at the beginning but they rushed me and picked out a color for me.) He kept huffing and puffing the whole time and made me very uncomfortable. By the time I got done, it was 7:30. It took an hour and half to get my nails done, and I left with my fingers bleeding. NEVER go here! There are plenty of other nails salons in the area.
