Unfortunately I must give this location one star. I had first found out about this place when I had seen another girls full set look beautiful on her hands and had to know where to get them done. Just went in yesterday to get my second fill by David and a Pedicure. I decided to get the deluxe pedicure because my feet needed some extra love, but unfortunately I wasn’t all the way happy. The massage felt good but that’s basically all I paid for. I decided to do a white polish on my toes and when the lady began to paint my toes, the lines were uneven, she didn’t even use a second coat of white, and my toenail shape was extremely crooked. I told the manager I was really upset and he told me he would fix them but we realized that the shape was so crooked, no matter what he did, it wouldn’t fix it. You can understand why I was upset because I was gonna end up paying 50$ to walk out of the salon with my toes looking hideous, I honestly didn’t feel comfortable paying that price for the job done on my toes, he took 10$ Off because I was unhappy but I still had to walk out with my toes looking disturbing and paying 40$ for my feet to look ugly. He was very kind but a manager and coworker should understand when the job absolutely doesn’t look good, and I should never have to pay 40$ when I had to walk out with no polish on my feet because my toe nails looked that bad, that no color was good. I really liked this shop but after this incident I can’t give them my money, before I left he kept justifying it by saying that’s her first time doing my pedicure so she didn’t know what I wanted but I made myself very clear from the beginning I wanted clean square toenail shape and basically wouldn’t own up to the mistake. Honestly if he had marked the pedicure price down more I would’ve been a little happier, but I paid 40$ and walked out with my toenails crooked, and no polish on my toes, and to be honest they didn’t really care so it makes it clear to me, they just care about money. Also, the deluxe pedicure is nothing but extra massages, they do not do anything special to your feet, they just use different products when giving you massage so it’s honestly not worth it. Never been so disappointed in my life with a pedicure, never have I walked into a salon and had to explain so many times what’s i wanted for my feet and not have the lady understand, so I’m sorry, I do not support this salon. I’ve paid 20$ for a pedicure and gotten so much more for my money when it came to how my cuticles were cut, the skin on my heels, the toenail shape, the polish, everything and I feel like I was got played by this salon.
