I went here out of convenience and availability, not expecting anything special. Just had to donate some hair. Not only was the staff helpful they got me in right away they gave me options that would retain the length I can donate but also not look like a skinhead. I walked out with a ziplock of hair for donation as well as a respectable haircut.

I have been letting my hair grow out and of course when it got down my back I just had to cut it. I was a bit nervous because I have a family event just 2 days later and I know better than to wait that long to cut my hair. But it was great. I checked in online and always would recommend that because it is quick and easy and you don't need the app to do it. They were right on time and I literally walked in and was in a chair right away. I also had a bunch of pictures on my phone and mostly knew what I wanted but was still deciding and my stylist took the time to look and help me. We decided on a cut and usually your biggest fear is that they are going to cut off too much and I didn't even have to say anything because she already made it clear we were going to start longer than the pic then go shorter as I wanted. This was the first time I got a hair cut that I love. I kept her name and will always go back to her if I can. However not only are they all good and nice and friendly, they do build a profile on you so they can see who did your hair in the past and what was done so they get to know you pretty well based off that.

terrible customer service. Walked out after they took a guy who came in after me simply because he knew one of the workers. Very unprofessional!!! Will not be back again!
