DON’T GO HERE! I have been getting dip manicures for the last year and this is the worst and most expensive place I have ever been. After a week it started peeling and I asked for a fix up. When I arrive, they use the excuse that the tech used the wrong top coat. After working around their schedule and taking 2 hours after work, the owner chargers me! Really? I’ve been in customers service for over 20 years and I would NEVER do this to a client especially a brand new one. Don’t waste your time here.

Will never come here ever again. No good for business. Came here 30 minutes before closing and got no service and dealt with a rude customer service employee with sarcasm.

Had an acrylic refill done and after 3 days the nail polish started peeling. I called to inform them and told them I was recovering from surgery for a broken leg so I wouldn’t be able to get there until Friday because I can’t drive and needed my daughter to take me. I was told that they have a 5 day policy and if I couldn’t get in before the 5 days I would have to pay. I again informed them that I had no way to get there due to my current situation and was told that’s their policy and it’s not their problem if I can’t get in. Terrible way to treat a customer. First and last time I ever go there.
