Nancy is the owner and does a great and thorough job. I got a French pedicure and a leg wax and she painted the French tips perfectly thin the first time. Super impressive! She's really great to chat with, and I didn't get a single red bump from the wax, and not a tiny speck of wax left behind!

Made a appt. I was her (owner) only client. She didn't know how the massage chair worked. Finally she helped me to get it to work. Got a pedicure which was awful. She didn't massage my feet. She painted my toe nails but when she did a second coat she missed half of my right foot. She asked me to move to a chair to dry my feet. That is when I asked her about the foot massage. After 3 weeks paint chipped off. Never happened at other nail salons.
